A Welding & Fitting is a vocational program designed to equip students with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required for a career in the welding and metal fabrication industry. These programs are highly hands-on, focusing on developing proficiency in various welding processes, metal cutting, fabrication techniques, and safety procedures.
Offers excellent Short Term Basic & Advance Welding Courses at welder level and welding technology, Quality Inspection and NDT Certificate Training Programmes at Managers, Engineering Supervisors Level. The Institute has given big support for the continuous improvement in the Quality of Welding Education in India.
Visual inspection of welds (craters, undercut, porosity, slag inclusions).
Understanding weld discontinuities and defects.
Basic destructive and non-destructive testing methods (e.g., bend tests, dye penetrant).
Adherence to industry standards and codes (e.g., AWS, ASME).
